يتعلق هذا الجزء من هذه المواصفة القياسية السورية بالبطاريات الثانوية المستخدمة في تطبيقات تخزين الطاقة الكهربائية على الشبكة (EES) ويوفر طرائق الاختبار المرتبطة للتحقق من قدرتها على التحمل وخصائصها وأدائها الكهربائي في مثل هذه التطبيقات. تعتبر طرق الاختبار في الأساس محايدة كيميائيًا للبطارية، أي قابلة للتطبيق على جميع أنواع البطاريات الثانوية. تتميز التطبيقات على الشبكة بحقيقة أن البطاريات متصلة، عبر أجهزة تحويل الطاقة، بشبكة كهرباء إقليمية أو على مستوى الدولة أو القارة وتعمل كمصادر طاقة فورية ومصارف لتحقيق الاستقرار في أداء الشبكة عند وجود كميات كبيرة عشوائيًا من الكهرباء يتم تغذية الطاقة من مصادر الطاقة المتجددة فيه. لا يغطي هذا الجزء من هذه المواصفة القياسية السورية معدات تحويل الطاقة والواجهات ذات الصلة.
This part of Syrian National Standard relates to secondary batteries used in on-grid Electrical Energy Storage (EES) applications and provides the associated methods of test for the verification of their endurance, properties and electrical performance in such applications. The test methods are essentially battery chemistry neutral, i.e. applicable to secondary battery types. On-grid applications are characterized by the fact that batteries are connected, via power conversion devices, to a regional or nation- or continent-wide electricity grid and act as instantaneous energy sources and sinks to stabilize the grid’s performance when randomly major amounts of electrical energy from renewable energy sources are fed into it. Related power conversion and interface equipment is not covered by this part of BS EN 61427.
